The National Capital Region (NCR) is set to expand further with the development of New Noida, a meticulously planned urban and industrial region. As per sources of ET Realty, Noida Authority CEO along with other officials carried out preliminary survey of the region on 18th November 2024.
Officially named the Dadri-Noida-Ghaziabad Investment Region (DNGIR), New Noida is poised to transform the landscape of investment and real estate opportunities in the NCR. Here's a detailed overview of what this future satellite city holds for investors.
Spread across 80 villages in Gautam Budh Nagar and Bulandshahar, 63 of which fall under Bulandshahar and 17 in Gautam Budh Nagar. New Noida is designed to complement the existing urban ecosystems of Noida, Greater Noida, and the upcoming Noida International Airport in Jewar.
The region will be developed in four phases over two decades:
Phase 1: 3165 Hectares before 2027
Phase 2: 3798 Hectares before 2032
Phase 3: 5908 Hectares before 2037
Phase 4: 8230 Hectares before 2041
The Master Plan 2041 (DNGIR) ensures a balanced allocation of land for mixed use:
New Noida boasts excellent connectivity with existing road and rail networks, seamlessly integrating it with the Delhi-Mumbai Industrial Corridor (DMIC), Bodaki Multi-Modal Logistics Hub, Jewar Airport, Dedicated Freight Corridor and much more. This ensures that the region is not just a real estate haven but also a logistical hub for businesses.
For investors and real estate enthusiasts, New Noida will offer unparalleled opportunity to be part of a growth story. Its strategic location, robust planning, and government support ensure its potential as a future economic powerhouse in the NCR. Whether you're looking at residential properties, industrial spaces, or commercial ventures, keep your eyes peeled because New Noida can be a promising destination.
