NMRC Aqua Line Extension Gets Green Light: A Boost For The Real Estate in Region

In a move set to significantly improve the Noida real estate market, the Uttar Pradesh cabinet has approved the extension of the Noida Metro’s Aqua Line. This development promises to enhance connectivity across key areas of Noida and Greater Noida, further cementing the region’s status as a prime location for both residential and commercial investments.

The Aqua Line, which currently spans from Noida Sector 51 to Depot Station in Greater Noida, has been a crucial transportation link for residents and commuters. The approved extension will be connecting new sectors and easing access to vital commercial and residential zones. Enhancing the connectivity to major hubs in Delhi, and reducing transportation for people trying to reach airport as well.

The planned extension which is going to be 11.5Kms long will feature eight new stations: 

  • Botanical Garden
  • Noida Sector-44
  • Noida Authority Office
  • Noida Sector 97
  • Noida Sector 107
  • Sector 108
  • Sector 93
  • Panchsheel Balak Inter-College.

As the Aqua Line extends, it is poised to unlock new opportunities for real estate development.
